Advanced Techniques in living cuisine preparation. We will prepare 15-20 recipes using important techniques in class and go over soaking and sprouting, dehydrating, and recipe adaptation while preparign decadent breafast, lunch, dinner snacks and desserts!

The ideal class for quick and easy living foods preparation. We will make at least 10 recipes that can be prepared and saved for up to a week for easy integration into a busy lifestyle.
